IMPORTANT NOTE:

• The Adjustment Certificate must have a PKR 20/—currency note affixed to it. The currency note confirms the certificate's authenticity.
• If the certificate number on the PKR 20/—currency note differs from the certificate number on the UDPL Adjustment Certificate, or the original currency note is not attached to this certificate, the adjustment certificate shall be considered canceled, and the company shall not be liable to adjust/ redeem/ refund, etc., any claim against it.
• The certificate is non-transferable & non-refundable (i.e only adjustable). The company is not liable for issuance of a duplicate certificate/ adjustment certificate in cases of any theft/ fire/ flooding/ loss/ tear/ damage/ deface etc.
• The currency note must bear the UDPL Stamp (Half on the currency note and half on the certificate).
• The certificate must bear two authorized signatures.
